SIP Annual Ski Trip and winter get away to South Lake Tahoe, Feb 11-14, 2010

Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!  The slopes are open and lifts are cranking up all over the Lake Tahoe area....  The winter wonderland awaits the thrill seekers to whoosh down the mountain sides, nature lovers to hike & enjoy amazing views, and party lovers to trip the light all night long!

Come and join us in the annual SIP ski trip and winter get away to South Lake Tahoe from Thursday Feb 11th thru Sunday Feb 14th.  Enjoy luxurious accommodations at the infamous Lake Tahoe lodges at the Inn at Heavenly, a 2-acre wood park just down the hill from the Heavenly ski resort where you'll be able to hang out with old friends, and make a few new ones along the way!

Cost and logistics:
The package includes three nights stay at one of the Cabins, breakfast, dinner, and non-alcoholic beverages.  The choice of the cabin is based on first come first serve.  One of the cabins will be dedicated to the ones who want a more quiet time after a long day, please plan your trip accordingly to be able to get your preferred cabin.

Professional Members:          $225.00
*Non-Members:                     $270.00  

Full Time member Students:   $210.00

All sign-ups made after Jan 20th will include an additional $30.00 last minute processing fee. (Since this trip takes place on Valentine and President day weekend, we recommend reserving your place as early as possible.)

 Plenty to do on this trip:

Ski with your friends, take a lesson in skiing or snowboarding, try trail hiking, casino and gallery hopping, or opt for a well deserved lounging in front of a wood fireplace in any of two lodges we have reserved for this trip.  After breaking a sweat during daytime, relax on the privet hot tub and party with us all night long at the party cabin or hit the sack early in the quiet cabin.

Accommodations:

For the hard-core snow lovers, there is a quite 3bed+3bath Evergreen cabin where you can get plenty of sleep without worry about noise. For the nocturnal, the 6bed+5.5bath Tallac cabin provides a plan of living room, dining room and kitchen area for the perfect space of mingling, eating and partying. http://www.innatheavenly.com/

Snacks, games, and music:
We highly encourage you to bring your favorite music, snacks & goodies to share.  Also, games and group activities provide an excellent icebreaker opportunity, so bring one and bring all! 

Carpooling Options:
If you like to carpool, we may help you find others interested in carpooling by having an informal gathering before the trip (you will be notified by an email).  However, it is each individual's responsibility to find carpool buddies for the trip.

SIP only acts as an organizer and does not take any liability during the trip.  Please be advised that there is no refund after Jan 20th, but you may transfer your ticket.
